Improve Culture and team experience: Festvus promotes a culture of candor, where people create purpose and bonding by opening up and sharing.
How It Works
During Festivus, we meet in groups. Each group has a Mental Profit Host that facilitates the conversation around the Festivus questions.
Anything goes. We encourage people to talk about their personal and professional lives.
The hosts gather feedback, analyze (dis)agreements, and provide organized feedback ordered by priority to the company.
